The 2022 TLX has more than 490 miles of max range with a tank of gas, meaning the fun never stops when you’re on the TLX. The base TLX trim level earns up to 22 miles per gallon city and 31 MPG highway. If a 4-cylinder TLX trim level has SH-AWD, its gas mileage drops slightly to 21 miles per gallon city and 29 highway mpg. Giving those trims an estimated range of 459 miles on one full tank of gas. This captivating car allows you to drive for hundreds of miles without pulling over for gas.
The TLX is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo 4-cylinder engine, and it produces 280 lb-ft of torque and 272 horsepower. The 2022 TLX also boasts two different drivetrains with FWD coming standard, and SH-AWD is available. However, if drivers choose to go for a bit more speed, the Type S trim equips a 3.0L turbocharged V-6 engine which is paired with the SH-AWD drive type; combined together they tame the upgraded 355 horsepower. The TLX doesn’t only have a next-level exterior appearance; it performs like it too!
