The Acura ILX and RLX have a high safety score thanks to their safety technology specs. They both equip Collision Mitigation Braking System, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Road Departure Mitigation System just to name a couple. They have similar entertainment features such as SiriusXM, HD radio, 8-inch display, Acura Navigation System 3D view, and Pandora.
