We purchased a new MDX and the experience was fantastic. Our salesperson, Hermie Manuel, was very helpful through the whole process. He kept us informed on the status of our order as it was being produced. He explained all of the features and helped with setting all of the personal preferences. Dealership was very professional and paperwork was extremely easy.
