As tends to normally happen when going for a service, I was dreading the wait, up selling and over pricing, from this dealer from who I had bought my car:I have to say that my perceptions have changed completely after my recent visit:- For my planned service on Monday, I received a nice email reminder on Sunday, with directions and a map- On arriving, the receiving person immediately directed me inside and started the paperwork- The best was my service advisor, who was very polite and helpful, and gave me a frank and honest assessment and pricing for all that was needed- They even offered me a loaner car and told me to await a call before heading over !- On going to collect my car, I was out in 5 mins flat to a clean car- The best part, as I later discovered after driving for a day or so, was that the car ran as good as new :)Will highly recommend this Sterling McCall dealer for buying, service (Richard Hudson), and service advice (Jack Chambers)Thanks,Anil

Brandon took the time and effort to make sure I had my car serviced and made the process as affordable as possible considering the services I needed. It was refreshing to not have an "upsell" tactic. Will continue with Brandon as my Service Advisor going forward.
