Typically, a car buying experience can be less than fun. In March of this year I found a car online that I had been wanting for some time. It was a used 2016 Mustang. I made the long drive from Magnolia down to SMA to see the used car. The experience began with a sales guy, transitioned to a finance gal and ended with meeting the General Manager Jim Smith. I drove off happy with my choice of car and provider as the experience was all positive. I am writing this review, not because of that day in March. It is because of what happened this week. My FOB keyless entry went dead which lead to me finding out that the internal laser cut metal key did not coincide with my vehicle. My cost to order a new, correctly code FOB, with laser cut metal key would be over $500 for keys and Ford dealership labor to cut and code. I called Jim Smith to let him know what had transpired and before I could suggest how disappointed I was, he interrupted with " I got this !, we will pay for new keys to be cut and coded and shipped " That is a no excuse, ownership of a mid step. That is not typical in the car dealership business. This dealership is as good as it gets, and it begins with the leadership.

This place has excellence service, they really do go beyond the ordinary car dealership experience. I want to thank Darrell Babineaux, Michael Bradshaw, and Charlie Bellomo. They all were so gracious and helpful,I hadn't bought a new car in years. Was nervous about the process, but they reassured me, that everything will be fine. My experience with them was a blessing, they didn't waste any time in helping me and didn't pressure or rush me in making my decision. So thankful that I didn't go anywhere else.

I have been serving my car here for 10 years and trust my advisor Antonio. Regardless whether it is a planned maintenance or some minor repairs the job is usually done with a good quality and in time. I am not a car expert and appreciate all helpful information and understandable explanations that I receive from my advisor at this place. Maybe there are cheaper places in the city, but these Acura guys are the experts. They have been taking a good care about my car with respect to my needs and my time.

These truly are committed to create a long term relationship and not just make a quick buck. I bought my car from here, and even service it here, and mind you, i live 1 hour away. I've never had any issues with service. They are always honest about how much time or the cost it would take. Plus every time you service, they give you free hand car wash.
